The documentation is intentionally distinct from the Pyragogy Blog (which contains diary entries, announcements, and ongoing notes). The Docs site is for stable, structured reference; the Blog is for evolving thought.

## What Pyragogy is (brief)

Pyragogy is an open framework on peer learning and AI–human cognitive collaboration, founded by Fabrizio Terzi in 2024, building on a decade of peeragogy practice (Peeragogy Handbook contributor since 2012). Its central thesis is that meaningful cognitive collaboration between humans and AI requires structured disagreement — not consensus.

Pyragogy formalizes this through:
- **Cognitive Rhythm Theory (CRT)**: a mathematical framework modeling cognitive resonance between humans and AI as a function of phase differentials, signal strength, and reflective rhythm
- **The Friction Orchestra**: a methodological pattern using multi-agent isolated parallel reading + synthesis without consensus
- **Three operational principles**: Cognitive Reciprocation, Ritualization of Conflict, Facilitation through AI
